North Bridge Brasserie

North Bridge Brasserie has been at The Scotsman hotel since opening in 2001, but the restaurant was closed in 2008 for a major refurbishment.  A large investment was made into the the original Victorian features, which were completely restored.  The restaurant layout, look and menu all changed to celebrate the best of modern Scottish cuisine, in a much warmer brasserie feel.
